I received a wrong item in my order, the order number ref number is: CRUS40000010749856.
For what I ordered is a Boss black shawl collar sweat top navy medium,it should be a knitwear,the catelogue code should be 518436/22/390.
However, I have been delivered a HBB 50271304/411 TrsSn43 Navy Medium, it is not a knitted sweater but a sport pants. The most ridiculous is these two different thing have same catelogue code in your system.
Until now, this problem still not be solved!!!
