This was my first order from cruise, and I purchased 2 pairs of jeans at a total of over £200. I was out when the items were delivered, and so the delivery driver let himself into my garden through a gate to leave the items in a safe place. The safe place he chose was a bin which is used to discard dog excrement collected from the back garden. I think this was absolutely disgusting. I contacted a number on my order confirmation to complain, however the number did not ring and seemed to be out of order. I sent an email to complain and was then sent an automated reply saying I would hear back in 24 hours. I heard nothing so after some searching I found a different contact number which I rang. After over 20 minutes waiting to be put through to an advisor I gave up and hung up. I'm have still heard nothing from cruise, and probably won't. I will never buy anything from cruise again, and the items will remain in the bin full of dog poop until they are picked up by the gentlemen who left them there.
