Item i oredered (next day delivery) arrived 2 days late and still had the security tag attached much to my annoyance and inconvenience
As now I need to take it to my nearest store in Edinburgh
Witch will cost me time and money
I have been a loyal customer in shop (Glasgow and Edinburgh) and on line for over 20 years
But I am left disappointed after this experience.
