Terrible service, box arrived damaged with a large whole through it. It was obvious that the box was damaged before being put into the delivery bag as there wasn't a mark on that. When I emailed regarding the issue I was told they can send me out a returns label and get a refund. I still want the item but I am gifting them now in a very damages gift as they couldn't swap them due to lack of stock. I was told basically that it deal with it. Very unhappy with the service and can't believe a brand like cruise would send out damaged goods. They have failed to deliver the goods as specified.
