I originally ordered an incorrect size and returned item at personal cost.
I was then sent faulty items as replacment and returned them at my own cost.
Delivery was incredibly slow and my parcels went to the incorrect delivery office twice.
I had to contact courier twice because they delivered the product to my neighbours house.
I had to formally complain regarding my refund and recieved an unsatifactory automated reply. I then escalated my complaint with Cruise before I was refunded delivery costs.
Essentially, one month later and after £14 in postal charges, umpteen phone calls made and emails sent, I have nothing to show for my efforts. If there is a pool for gift-vouchers then surely this is a strong contender!
