The service from Cruise has been absolutely fine. I do think the postage is overpriced. The negative comments really come with the courier service. DPD were due to deliver my parcel on Friday last week. We are not on Wednesday & the parcel has still not arrived.
I got an email from Cruise last week to advise that the parcel had been collected by the Courier, however, DPD stated they had not collected the parcel until yesterday.
Given the price of postage, and the fact I do not yet have the parcel. I do not feel the service has been very good.
