Don't think I have EVER had an order from Cruise where all the items I ordered arrived! Normally get an 'out of stock' cancellation email about 3 or four days AFTER I placed the order (which leads me to think if only they had picked my order sooner, the items were probably in stock!). Such a poor system to use in this day of online shopping - nothing worse than not receiving what you've 'ordered'. They should keep stock for online shopping separate from in store shopping so no online orders can be out of stock. Also the quality of goods is poor - I've NEVER had a leather product in it's correct packaging (i.e. missing dustbags, missing boxes etc). How do I know an item is NEW if it's tags have been removed? Out of all the designer online stores I've shopped with - Harvey Nics, Selfridges, Jules B, Harrods, Flannels etc I am 100% clear & certain that Cruise comes in a distant LAST PLACE. Their overall delivery times from ordering to receiving the order is a joke! Cruise COULD be the 'go to store' for all designer online purchases IF they improved stock availability & speed of receiving orders. If I could give a minus score out of 10 then I would.
