Website and purchasing was smooth and delivery on time and as expected.
The item, however, came with a pen mark. Not acceptable. Items should be checked before leaving the warehouse.
Returns procedure is arduous though and I will probably just take to dry cleaners instead. Which, in my opinion, is the whole point of the difficult return process.
