I recently bought a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti heels. When they arrived the soles were damaged and worn. I was really disappointed as I had paid £9.99 for delivery and was planning to wear the shoes on Christmas Day. I contacted cruise customer service by email to report this and to arrange collection of shoes as I am not willing to pay return postage for faulty items and expect delivery charges to be refunded back to me. I got a reply from cruise to say they will pass it to quality control and see what can be done.
