In the past year, i have ordered two designer belts from yourselves. First one was broken and the second belt was on offer but when i recieved my parcel it was not only the wrong belt it was send out to myself in a polothene bag! i needed the belt in two days prior to ordering as it was a birthday present. Your company would not let me exchange the belt at a local cruise store, nor would send me a new belt out intime. I had to return the belt back to yourselves, and buy the belt i originally ordered on your website at a hugo boss shop at full price. Needless to say i will not buy from your shop or online store again. Very very unhappy customer.
