A very disappointed customer.
I have been using Cruise for sometime now, and I was very disappointed with the way my order was handled.
I ordered one pair of MCM sliders in white size 40 along with another item, for my New Years holiday. {Which I am currently on, writing this review.}
After receiving a confirmation email from the company, I then received a second email cancelling one of my items of my order, the email went on to apologise as they no longer had the item in stock and refunded my account.
I was very dissatisfied as a customer.
I believe it is about supply and demand.
• Why did you still continue to advertise the product when clearly it was no longer available ?
• Do you not have a system in place to know when the product is no longer available?
I feel the company should have contacted me personally and not sent out a generic email to me.
