I placed a Christmas gift order. I ordered this well in time for Christmas. The response times are poor, I chased this order up on 2 seperate occasions as the account is quickly updated. Thankfully, after much worry, the order did arrive in time.
I would have perferred to have seen an update on the order alot quicker and when I contacted the online customer help (as I could never get through on the phone, due to waiting queues) I just got what looked like an automated response.
I understand that Christmas must be a very busy time but retailers shoyldn't be suprosed in an influx of sales during thisi busy period. We all know when it is!
