Quick delivery and item arrived as described. Packaging could have been better, as it was very low quality for a luxury goods retailer.
Disappointed that UK VAT was apparently charged on the order when it was sent directly outside the EU. Despite contacting Customer Services on this matter for an explanation, no response was ever received.
