Delivery company used gave a false delivery date which resulted in me waiting in all day then it never getting delivered. Facebook team agreed to a refund in delivery charge which customer service then refused to do. Would give the company zero if I could because they took a day off me over Xmas period and then did nothing to compensate for it. After service really bad. Would not use the company again which is a shame because the item was lovely otherwise.
