I have been a regular customer with cruise for some time however over the festive period in December I placed an order for 2 items and was sent an email to say the item was unavailable however the following day the items were showing in stock. I feel that the experience was not nice in this case. I had to wait a number of days for the payment to be refined back to my account which was a large amount. I feel the payment should not have been taken if they didn't have the items in stock.
