I’m not overly keen on buying anything from you again. I ordered a kids CP Company jumper which arrived without the lens. I spoke to your customer care team who told me one would be dispatched to me within two days. I’ve still not received it. A follow up call to your customer care resulted in another communication to your warehouse about shipping the lens, however, I still have no idea if/when I will get one.
Not the level of service I expect when ordering items of this value.
I’ve also emailed customer care without a response and raised a paypal dispute with no response.
Make of that what you will.
