Great user experience when shopping online and lots of choice. My only gripe is the very high delivery cost. I live in Newcastle so would have liked to have seen a click and collect option so I had a choice rather than be forced to pay £6.99 for delivery. It meant my bargain sale item priced at £18.99 wasn’t as much of a bargain by the time I added on the delivery charge.
