Before ordering from Cruise I read a lot of very derogatory reviews suggesting products weren’t available after order and refunds were difficult to get hold of. Also goods arrived in very poor condition. As such, I was very wary of ordering and phoned first to check availability. The customer service advisor was very helpful, confirming the goods were in stock and confirming that payment would not be taken until the goods were dispatched. Consequently I went ahead and ordered. So glad I did, my daughter is absolutely delighted with her Valentino trainers. They arrived beautifully packaged, perfect condition and very quickly.
