Hi guys I do like cruise although I think shopping in the actual shop is much better on than on line .. I have quite a few times received damaged goods and had to return them at a cost to myself last time I was told to send a copy of the receipt and I would be refunded as the garment delivered was in a shocking state half the beads missing and very poor condition .. I sent the receipt and of course I got nothing back .. the cost of postage was just under ten pounds .. so one disappointed customer .. prior to this I have had two garments with security tags on which did cause alarm only to be told just cut them off ... maybe a little more training on customer care ..
