Bought a pair of shoes that were on sale and paid for next day delivery.
When the shoes arrived they had signs of wear around the toe area and the box was completely destroyed at one end.
The state of the shoe and box was simply ignored and posted out to me. I emailed and got a very quick and professional reply with a postage label but I will still be out of pocket for the next day delivery charge.
