After ordering first item the order was cancelled by cruse as it was out of stock.
Second order was placed and delivered only after trying to contact you by telephone on numerous occasions which was usucsessfull. the item did nort fit and I had to pay the postage for the return, i have just recieved the refund which did not include the delivery after all this it has cost me £17.00 for nothing. I will never use Cruse outlet again.
