I have brought several items of Cruise over the years and never had a problem. The only problem i had this time was DPD the delivery company they use. We wasn't in and they just chucked the parcel over my fence resulting in damaging the box. Luckily only a trainer box but a lot of items from cruise are expensive items so for £6.99 delivery i would expect better service.
