Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were too small so I had to send back (not the reason for the poor review).
I filled out the paperwork to order a larger size and sent them back. This morning they have decided to refund me instead and having spoken to customer services, I was told that I would need to place a new order and then email in to try and claim the delivery costs back.
Given the form was clearly labelled including comments this is very frustrating.
