I had the opportunity to talk to Chris Carter this morning who was exceptional helpful. Chris showed interest in what I had to say and went all the way to assist me to resolve my queries. He appeared very motivated and obviously enjoys his job which is evident by the manner in which he pays attention to detail, making sure that I understand my booking, knew what was in place for me, understood my payment plan and most importantly he ensured that my wishes regarding my time bookings for the group were properly documented. I felt the service I received today was outstanding and I genuinenely came off the phone feeling very please with the service received
