Happy with the service however £6 delivery is on the steep side especially when you have to pay for returns. Cruise need to think about taking part in the Collect plus service as with current delivery/ return charges they risk loss in sales against other competitive sites. All in all cannot fault the service times, etc but reduction in costs as described will gain more sales.
