I was sent the wrong size shoes but have to pay to return them. I was offered a refund of the return charges but had to include my bank details in the consignment. That is not a good idea from an account safety point of view.
Would have prefered a free returns label, something that could be emailed, quite frankly this is my first time using Cruise and based on this experience I am highly unlikey to use again or recommend to anyone.
