Quality assurance and accuracy of sizing information are crucial when buying products online. Cruise failed on both counts with my last order.
I bought a pair of Hugo Boss shoes and a Hugo Boss belt. One of the shoes had a very obvious scratch across the top of it and the belt was far too small despite it being meant to fit my 36” waist.
I paid £6.99 to have the items delivered and it cost me over £11 to return them-I’m extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the service but more importantly being out of pocket as a consequence!!!
