Bought a pair of Grenson shoes online ,came in a black bin bag with other items stinking of smoke. £200 pair of shoes too my disbelief had been worn !!!! .
Total joke of a company now nothing but problems with garments ,pretty sad really as I've been buying from cruise from when the shop was just off the royal mile ,NEVER AGAIN !!!!.
