Delivery was excellent. The only area that could use improvement was the packaging. I'd expect a coat to arrive in a proper coat/suit bag and be on a hanger, instead it was folded (badly) and forced into a dust bag that was too small. The result was that the coat needed steaming before wearing to remove the creases.
