Ordered over £300 worth of items. Two items being presents for friends needed for the following week. Received a lady from Nottinghams order. (I live in berkshire). Phoned, no answer. Sent an email, no answer. Phoned the next day, spoke to someone who said they'd help sort it and phone me back within a couple of hours. It's now the following day, and still haven't heard anything. During my phonecall I asked if she could send my original order and if the girl in Nottingham had received my order by accident, then they could just return that to stock when that's returned, as I needed mine for the presents. Heard nothing about that. Terrible terrible terrible. I thought mainlinemenswear were bad but this lot have been awful.
