I have yet to have an order arrive without an email cancelling at least one item. Which is very disappointing. Also the delivery charge of £6 is far to expensive for the time it takes to actually be delivered,
YODEL are useless, zero communication. I got a text message at 1630 on a Saturday telling me that they had attempted to delivery my order to my work. I still have no idea how to have the order rearranged the delivery and the supposed call card is no-where to be seen.
