I have two problems with Cruise which will probably stop me buying from them again. Firstly inaccurate sizing and secondly having to pay for returns:
I bought four items of DKNY knitwear - all the same size – all described as a ‘regular’ fit - yet the each one is a very different – two or three of the items will have to be returned. One item is so small it would not fit a child. Now I have hassle and cost of having to pay for returning the misdescribed items. Most online retails don’t charge for returns.
