I ordered the wrong size of shoes and tried to cancal it or change it within 5 minutes of realising my mistake
I got a reply saying Cruise would get back to me within 24 hours.
I did not receive a reply and the order still went through.
Very poor considering the shoes were £375 and there was a 30% sale on which I missed out on as well
