I ordered 3 items from this site at a total of £85, 2 items were for me one was for a friend. My 2 items were cancelled off the order, leaving the order at £20 which meant I no longer qualified for free delivery. This lead to a £6 delivery charge added to the total which meant my card was charged £6 for a friend to have a shirt delivered to my property. this charge was added without notice and was done so without my agreement. no refund offered.
disappointing to say the least.
