I feel CruiseFashion is an excellent website and the service was excellent up until the product arrived. The jacket I had ordered still had the security tag on it. Accidents happen so I called the customer service line. After 30 minute wait in which time I had sent an email explaining the situation I finally got through to a young lady (still waiting for call back) to be told post jacket back which I was to pay for and they would send it back. I asked if she could locate where I coukd take the jacket to get tag removed and she was going to call me back! Two days later no call and I am resigning myself to paying to post the jacket back. Surely sending a new jacket to me and the courier could collect the one I have would be better customer service with no time or cost to me. Still waiting for call and response to my email.
