Very disappointed that despite placing multiple orders with Cruise, collectively amounting into the £000's they still charge £6.99 for delivery. Delivery should be free over £100!
Whilst I received all my items, they were not packaged as I expected. Instead of the smart fabric bags they came in torn clear polythene bags and just dumped in a large box, poor service.
Admittedly price of items is good but for whatever reason the end result was not in keeping with what is expected when buying high end designer wear.
