i found it 11:00pm outside my door?the delievery man just left it without notice anyone in the house.
and also ?my bag have scratchs everywhere on the metal buckles and the metal chains?which means the bag absolutely not a new one and i am unhappy with that.
i send email to your custormer service?want to change an new one?but no one answer me
