Ordered 2 Emporio Armani tops. First long sleeved sweatshirt came wrinkled up like a used towel inside package. It and subsequent shirt which arrived separately in another package both returned as neither fitted, which isn't an issue, however what is an issue is firstly having to phone cruise online and ask where shirt is to follow long sleeved sweatshirt, speaking to a women I could hardly hear nor did she care, the most annoying thing is and I should have learned by now regarding using cruise-£6.99 postage to me, then £4.50 to return both items, making sure somebody signs at the other end for this order due to value. Somebody is making plenty off this? Theres £11.50 for nothing. I've ordered a Canali suit and two jackets in the past, which cost almost £27 to be returned securely due to the value being over £1000. I should have learned my lesson that time. I've been buying designer clothes for over 30 years now, if I can give any advise its DON'T use this company. Plenty others out there who charge a fraction of this for postage or its free to return premium designer items..
