I have ordered many things from cruise but sometimes I have ordered things and I have had emails saying sorry this item is out of stock. Why have the items on your website if the item can't be relocated. I feel they use actual shops and managers aren't doing stock takes properly. Who knows this experience was my worst. I kept getting emails stating different offers and eventually a paul smith one came through for 30% off. I snapped it up bought a jumper, a scarf set, a polo shirt and a pair of gloves. Paid £160 roughly including shipping. Over a period of a week I recieved emails gradually stating each item apart from the gloves which were the cheapest which may I had still haven't arrived after over a week. They charged me the full £6 postage for just the gloves. This company needs to get its act together. Your annoying a lot of customers while are spending hundreds of pounds with you!
