Placed order 27th November and it's still not arrived. Meanwhile tried to phone - no answer - and emailed a number of times and no reply.
It's now 6th December - apparently order has at last been despatched so hopefully I'll see it soon.
I have ordered from Cruise before with no problems so ut is probably just pre Xmas / sales related busy period that is causing the delivery time problem.
However, it is the complete lack of communication from customer service that is most concerning.
