Disappointed with service provided got order sent out with Mark on left shoulder tried to take it back to store for exchange to be greeted with sheer attitude ffrom staff who point blank refused to change jacket over no manners whatsoever for a store who charges so much for items you could be doing with changing certain procedures and teach staff some customer service as overall you are all cruise no matter if it's online or in store all of your competitors exchange goods no questions asked after all it was yous who chanced it sending me out faulty item and attitude of staff was who cares it's your problem so then I had to pay returns to you also so not pleased at all with overall service from your store
