Poor service from start to finish! One item I ordered was out of stock even tho it remained online for a number of days after I ordered it. 9 days later the money is still out of my bank account. The rest of the items arrived - one was completely wrong colour. I've sent them all back at my own expense and not optimistic of a refund before Xmas. When I emailed to complain I expected a response within 24 hours - it was 3 days later. Worst customer service I've experienced before.
