The slow service is the worst of any online retailer I have ever used, a quick glance through Cruise fashion facebook page shows that this is not unusual, there are hundreds of people who posted similar complaints. Cruise used to have an excellent reputation built up through customers in store experience no doubt, however the online part of the business has went into very steep decline, customers services- email or phone response exceptionally poor and now combined with woefully slow delivery. Unfortunately for cruise there are now several alternative companies selling the higher end labels all of whom have lightning delivery, overnight free of charge in most cases, live online chat customers services and generally offer a better overall experience.
I have shopped with cruise for more than 20 years but after this last purchase will not be returning until I see a complete overhaul of their online business.
