Good Morning,
I have had a cruise loyalty rewards card for sometime now, I have also several receipts which I was told to hang onto as every time I go to one of the stores I am told that the card system is not working, I have been a loyal customer of Cruise clothing for several years and before the "card system" came into play used to get a 10-15% discount.
I am disappointed that since March last year nothing seems to have changed.
