Although I ordered an item in the sale, I still find the service m cruise quite poor. I received my dispatch email 1 day after the order which I thought was great! Yodel sent me a tracking code - very prompt. After 3/4 days there was no change in my order, after contacting Yodel they informed me Cruise hadn't sent the item to themselves! After trying to contact you over the phone ( which gave me a security message then went dead) I was left in the dark as to what was happening with my order. I've ordered a few times from Cruise, but this was just awful!
