I ordered a jacket worth over £300, the packaging I believe was not sufficient enough. It was like you found a bag on the floor and put the jacket in it. For this reason I was unimpressed. I do like the idea of giving people vouchers and I will be using these, however I may go into the shop rather than order online now.
