After it taking over a week for you to tell me the item is out of stock, you then took the amount from my account 3 times.
I have tried to place the order again by email with Eva (a staff member) and have had no reply.
I am deeply dissapointed in your service and would request a phone call today on 07805379722 to discuss my order.
