Placed an order over the Black Friday weekend however after 3 attempts I was still unable to locate the section where I needed to enter the online discount code. On the final attempt the payment was taken and unable to cancel the order. I e-mailed the Customer Care team straight away to advise of my problem however after eventually receiving a response 5 days later, they have advised that the discount cannot be honoured. Very disappointed in the service received.
