Cruise sold me several items that I wanted for an event and for Xmas gifts. After ten days I had heard nothing. Then I started getting emails saying items were now not in stock??? They were and still are on sale on their website. I tried to call, the phonelines were out for days. I emailed twice, still waiting on a reply. Of the original items I think about 6, 3 have turned up over two weeks later. Not one word of an explanation from cruise as to what happened. I could have got my items elsewhere while I was out shopping but cruise gave me n indication that my purchase was not actually confirmed and might be cancelled a week later and why are the items I wanted are still on sale? But there's no one to speak to about it as they don't have a working phoneline and their customer services team is inept and overrun because of so many cases like mine. Meanwhile the marketing team are doing a sterling job and I am constantly bombarded with advertising emails! Relocation of resource perhaps cruise? Really rubbish service from a premium outlet. What would brands such as gucci and jimmy choo think of their products being sold in this manner?
