Good to have tracking services but so many retailers offer free postage & collect/return using local stores.
Really frustrating that I paid £6 delivery, kept some of the goods and paid £8.25 to have them return special delivery,
Glasgow store is 5 mins away,
I would order more if delivery policy was easier and more customer friendly.
